 Straight from the author!
"This book is intended for mature and adult audiences, if you prefer adorable and sparkly Fairies and Vampires....look elsewhere."

Okay all, so I jumped, literally jumped for joy when the opportunity came for me to get this book a bit early and do a review of it.  But here's the thing.....I can't tell you anything!

WAIT, just wait...stop giving me the evil eye!  I can't tell you anything because it is so jam packed with answers to many of the burning questions we've had since Fighting and Taunting Destiny and it has so many twists ( I seriously think I not only got a book hangover but a bit of book whiplash!) and turns that as soon as I say anything I will have given away a spoiler and I DO NOT DO SPOILERS!

So you're all wondering WTH right, what good is this review?  Well here is what I can tell you.

1. Amelia rocks this book.  There is a high probability that your heart and ovaries may simultaneously combust while reading this.
2.  Synthia, she is a bad ass female.  Hard as nails, but soft and tender in all the right places.
3. Ristan, could you ask for a better best friend?  No, I didn't think so!  I just want to snuggle up with him, eat ice cream and talk about our dreams!  *winks*
4. Ryder, what can I say.....RYYYYYYYDERRRRR!!!!!

So anyhow...We left Synthia sitting at the feet of the Horde King, giving her oath to him and praying that Ryder would come to her rescue.  Her fairy on a galloping white horse.

"Here was this creature who could easily wipe out any on e he choose to, and for some reason he wanted me.  He ensured from my birth that I would end up here at his feet.  As his slave. Me, he wanted me." -Synthia

Don't fret!  Synthia remains her fierce, amazingly strong and independent self.  But...in Escaping Destiny we find her fighting not only for her sense of self,

"We took a fucking assassin and we cut off her arms.  We took her swords.  We took her purpose from her, and gave her what?" -Ristan

but also for her vision of love
{Side note as I tried to conjure up a different word other than vision, which didn't seem to settle with me and what I was trying to convey I chatted with my husband, getting his suggestion.  What I got in return was him blaring Mariah Carey's song Vision of Love, so now the word must stay, LMAO}

"I hadn't been living then, I had been surviving.  Ryder had been right, and up until I'd met him, I'd been merely existing.  It was time to end that part of my life.  I'd been going through the motions of living, oblivious to what I had wanted for myself.  Deep down , I'd known I wanted love; real soul ripping love.  Blinding love that made you do stupid thing, and I had.  I had fallen in love with a Fairy" -Synthia

Ryder, Oh Sweet Baby Fae!!!  Ryder will never change, or will he?

"Chain of command, Synthia.  I say it.. You do it.. End of Chain, am I clear?" -Ryder

And that is all I am going to say about that.  Wait, no maybe one thing more...You will love Ryder more than ever!

So...without giving all the greatness away, go One-Click this book, (begs Amelia for hard copies of Taunting and Escaping Destiny, whispers...pleeeeeaaaasssse.) read it, pet it, love it, then come talk to me about it because I want to SO bad.  This story is so jam packed and fast paced (and that would be my ONLY complaint) with goodies that I am dying to tell the world about every plot twist and secret, but I can't  *Cries*

So here is where to buy it and if you haven't already, go and add it to your TBR shelf on Goodreads!!!
